Be an Ambassador

Seeking "Ambassadors" within several Tampa Bay area companies to help us get the word out about the 2008 Tampa Bay Symposium at the Tampa Convention Center on September 26th and 27th.

Duties will include contacting PMO's, distributing information throughout your company, and promoting attendance at the event. Varying time commitments and PDU's are be available. Contact: Brian Sayers for more information.

Additional Volunteer Opportunities
Need volunteers to help out with various tasks as we get closer to the event, as well as for the actual event itself.

Contacting members via telephone at the beginning of August, prior to the close of early registration

Assisting the week prior to the event to prepare the materials and registration packets, as well as miscellaneous tasks

Day of event assistance for both Friday and Saturday session for registration table, the PMI Chapter booth, as room monitors, among other volunteer duties.
