Rich Krepak is a 38 year veteran in the field of Commercial Real Estate and has been involved in over $750 million dollars in office, retail, industrial and investment property transactions. Rich has been recognized as a leader in production in various brokerage offices.
His extensive experience throughout the State of Florida was instrumental in an intensive site search program for Region’s Bank. Rich’s experience in the representation of both landlords and tenants coupled with his unique skill set, enables him to help his clients develop creative strategies, make informed decisions and maximize profitability. Throughout his career Rich has always gone the extra mile for his clients providing extensive qualitative analysis culminating in significant cost savings and leading to numerous repeat assignments.

Wendy’s expertise runs the gamut from Property Management, Class A/B Office Leasing, Retail Leasing, Property and Building Sales, and Corporate Site Selection. Her expansive experience representing landlords and corporate tenants gives her the inside track on how landlords operate. Wendy is a past Board Member of NAIOP, ICSC, CREW and a CCIM candidate.
